FRONT COIL SPRINGS

 These coil springs are made to precision engineered specifications to providing soft, stable on-road handling,
with maximum articulation and travel for off-road performance. These springs
are not variable rate but a constant rate coil to provide years of reliable handling.
The front coil springs come in various lift heights, and with spring rates maximized for either the 302 engine
or the heavier 351 Windsor, and  with or without a winch.

REAR LEAF SPRINGS
National Spring is the most repsected name in leaf springs for the off-road market. National rear leaves are unequaled
in ride quality and off-road performance. These springs are available in either 10 or 11 leaf 3.5" lift,
or in an 11-leaf 4.5" lift version.

 NECESSITIES FOR LIFTED BRONCOS

 Lifting your Bronco may require modifications to other mechanical systems, the following parts are recommended for use
with lifts of 3.5" or more: Remember a lifted truck will handle differently on the road and makes it more prone to rollovers.

COIL SHIMS 7 DEG
TIRED OF THE BOWED COILS WHEN YOU LIFT YOUR BRONCO.
TRY THESE 7DEG COIL SHIM. THESE ARE MADE OUT OF STEEL AND WILL
NOT ONLY STRAITEN THE COIL BUT THERE IS A SECOND SHIM THAT
WILL ALLOW THE BOLTS TO SIT FLUSH.

These shims are designed for off road use only and not intended for a daily driver.
We recommend the lower coil shim be welded to the bottom of the coil cup.

Axle Wedges
For the Bronco owner that is swapping front axles, these wedges make it much easier. No need to cut up a good front axle just for parts.
These wedges are designed to weld onto a 2 3/4” O.D. tube, just like a factory Early Bronco
Dana 44 but are easily modified to fit onto 3” O.D. tubing found on high pinion Dana 44 and Dana 60. Cast with
all the correct configurations to fit the inside of a C bushing exactly like original.

Radiator/Fan Shroud: Many don’t believe it is necessary to move theradiator when body lifting. We do. For proper
cooling system efficiency, your radiator (and shroud) should be centered in front of your fan. We have
added 2” drop brackets for lowering yours back down to stock height.

These Early Bronco Radius Arms  utilize 2" diameter, 1/4" thick heavy wall tubing, cast iron head units, and
massive 1" bore high quality Rod Ends for maximum strength. Arms are designed with built in
caster, offset to clear larger tires and tight to the frame rail to improve ground clearance.
10 3/4" longer than stock—Moving the pivot point farther back vastly improving suspension travel and
articulation, overall handling and control for on road driving.
Built in lower shock mounts for use with stock shock mounting position or the
Stage 2 Hoops and some Long Travel Shocks for 15" of travel. Best results are
achieved when these arms are used in conjunction with Duff suspension components. Blue powdercoated for
long lasting good looks. Requires reuse of original C-caps. Includes arms, head units, rod ends,
bushings and all necessary mounting hardware. All new parts, no core necessary.

Designed with two mounting positions on the axle;one on the spring plate,one on the lower axle housing.Front mounts to the frame bracket with blue
polyurethane bushings.This design locates the bar both at the top and bottom of the axle tube which results in maximum leverage against
axle wrap.Bars and brackets are blue powder coated for long lasting good looks.Includes all bushings &hardware. Temporary removal
