Harmonic Balancers

Crank and Water Pump Pulleys
Billet Aluminum

The number one option you will need to consider when converting to power steering are the crank and water pump pulleys.
If your Bronco is running single groove pulleys you will need to add double groove pulleys in order to run the power steering pump.
The inside groove (closest to the motor) will run your alternator and the outside groove (closest to the fan blade) will run the steering pump.
It would be rare, but some early Broncos may be running an air supply pump as part of the emissions controls, off of the alternator like the 74-77 Broncos.

NOTE: The crank pulleys are for use with three bolt harmonic balancers only.
When ordering please specify whether you have a 289, 302 or 351w and the Year of your Bronco and Engine.

Extreme Motor Mounts

If you are a serious off-road enthusiast, like many of our customers are, then these are the mounts your engine needs.
Unlike the stock mounts, these won't come apart and allow your motor to jump into the radiator when your vehicle is in extreme articulation
(stock mounts are rubber bonded to steel). Mounts come unpainted.

SERPENTINE BELT CONVERSION

Finally, an easy, affordable way to convert your Bronco's 289, 302 or 351 Windsor to
 serpentine belt and accessories! All of the accessory brackets, crank pulley and
 tensioner provided in the kit are used but cleaned and powder coated to look better than
 new. the water pump provided in the kit is a new Bronco hi-flow, bi-directional pump with
 passenger side inlet so your stock hoses will work without modification. The reverse-roation
 fan provided in the kit is a new 17" flex or fixed pitch fan.

 You will need to provide an air conditioner pump or buy an air conditioner pump eliminator pulley.
 Your stock alternator may be used with a serpentine pulley, or you may take the
 opportunity to upgrade to the newer style G3 alternator. You will need to purchase a
 serpentine belt locally once the components are installed and the belt length has been measured.
